Are you a health care entrepreneur with a great idea for a new service or practice? Did your team recently brainstorm an innovative new program, but you’re not sure how to get it off the ground?

Strategically and successfully executing ideas is our forte here at Vantage Clinical Solutions, and we’re always thrilled to advise fellow entrepreneurs on how to execute their visions in the face of planning, operational, and financial barriers.

On Saturday, April 13, Tannus Quatre PT, MBA, principal and consultant here at Vantage Clinical Solutions, will address these strategies and more when he hosts a morning seminar titled “Starting From Scratch: Making Your PT Vision a Reality” at the 2013 Oregon Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) Annual Conference in Portland, OR.

“The key to getting an idea going lies within concepts related to planning, management, and financial understanding,” Tannus says. “Fortunately, the concepts are not difficult to follow, and often the visions not difficult to achieve. This session will review how to execute a vision by starting something from scratch.”

The 2013 OPTA Annual Conference is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14, at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel. Click here to learn more about OPTA and the conference.

As you certainly know if you follow this blog, Tannus is a regular speaker at physical therapy association conferences across the U.S. as well as a regular contributor to Impact and PT Magazine. Most recently, he presented workshops on the topics of vision and branding last January at the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) Combined Sessions Meeting in San Diego.
